Front pots and coil

Questions for everybody:

1.Front pots for hammerhead non- VCO opt is:
1.volume (R41),

2.main pulse delay (R46)

3.transmit pulse width (R1

4.autotune (R34)

What pot I use for main pulse delay (R46 or R42)?

Pot R18 is transmit pulse width? That correct or not.

2. For coil diameter 30cm ,26 AWG ,500uH what is my number of tunes.

3.Can I use wire 24AWG for coil diameter 30cm 500uH what is my number of tunes for that diameter of coil?

Main pulse (sample) delay is R42.
R18 adjusts the analog path offset voltage. This should always be a mini-pot.
Transmit pulse width is R3.
30cm coil should have roughly 24 turns.
24AWG is fine, same number of turns.

1.Your suggestion for R46 front pot is yes or no?

2. If I use 2k resistors for R46 and 220 for R46a I have range 3-20us. That is range only for gold or best for gold but I can detect also not low conductance metals?
