Due to the supply of through-hole pcb's drying up I've just got 4 made.
In order to be able to use polypropylene capacitors that were too fat for the original pcb, I got it scaled up +10%. All ic's still fit fine, just needing a little wriggling to get all pins lined up - actually no more difficult than std size pcb!
Also. due to the size of some of the narrower traces I specified a thicker copper layer too.
As I now have the pcb films for the board, I can get more made cheaper than the first 4 - these were £55 (ie: £13.50 each. I recall the guy mentioned more like £30-40 for any further boards. To save additional charges I omitted solder mask & parts overlay so the boards are bare tinned fibreglass pcbs, but v.good quality. If anyone really needs one please get in touch.If more than a couple are needed the price could drop further.
