    I understand, and I might consider this for the next project. But HH-1 has pretty much run its course, and I don't want to order 25 or 30 kits worth of parts, and then only sell 5. I'm still $200 in the hole on this latest batch of PCBs!

      Hammerhead Rev D PCBs are ready...

      Carl , I never had a chance yet to get any pc boards for the hammerhead , been working everyday for months. Is the the $200.00 loss in boards left or selling to cheap ?? I will buy some if you have any more available . Thanks Eugene

        It's from what's left. I'll eventually sell enough to at least break even, so I'm not concerned.

          Received!!

          Thanks Carl;

          Good lookin boards!! I've started collecting parts. My 40 years of buying stuff at ham-fests is in various boxes since we moved to Arizona so stuff is hard to find. Thanks Again, regards bill

            Sent in my order today

            Carl,

            I just sent in the mail my order for one board. I downloaded the "hammerhead article" on this link:

            http://geotech.thunting.com/cgi-bin/...head/index.dat

            Is this up the up-to-date version for the Rev D board , VCO option for a mono coil?

            Looks like fun!

            Thanks.

            Scott

              No, the article has not been updated. Not sure if I will, too many other things to do. The RevD board can be built exactly as stated in the article, so that's a good starting point.

                        Your boards went out today. Please allow up to 2 weeks... normally takes only 4-5 days to AU but it has taken longer.

                        Thanks!

                          No, and I've gotten a lot of requests for parts kits. Problem is, it's expensive to stock the parts (I would need to buy ~25-50 kits worth to make it worthwhile) and it's time-consuming to put them together.

                          For the next project, I might do it anyway. But HH1 is winding down.
