you are welcome. I do not represent why there were errors from. these are mainly missing connection a ground general layer/are to some contacts on back side. yes, I used Carl's files, they all were fine at the moment. my problem I see now I had to print the files and to give these hard copies to a performer with the files...

Hammerhead thru hole boards - who's interested ?

With Carl's permission I am willing to organise a run of thru hole boards for geotech members - to keep costs down some idea of definately interested members would help, as costs per board obviously decreases with numbers

Also suggestions as to wether we use rev C or D gerber files ?

I Am interesting for 1 to 3 PCB (depending on price).

For me rev. C is fine.

Thanks for posting a photo!

They look fine to me. I will fix the tracing myself, no problem. But I must only know what must be fixed, and according to which schematic. If a tracing has to be cut, then I will mask it off and etch it neatly, for I love neat work.

Maybe I can just send you the same Dollar amount in Euro's, for the Euro is worth more than the dollar. At least for now it is, unless the Greeks and Spaniards mess everything up for us. If I start by taking 3 PCBs from you for 15 Euro's, what must I then add extra for postage?. I read somewhere that you had mentioned that they charge you very high postage fees from where you live. But you may PM me about this, and I will send you the money in 5 Euro Bills, or whatever you wish. But no coins please, for then they will steal that envelope.

$15 has to be 12 Euro's. extra payment for postage will be 10 Litas, aprox. 3 Euro's. I did not mean high postage fee, but our customs duty. they takes the duty for any shipping electronics regardless of postage fee. it may be TV set, video, audio, PC, metal detector etc.

I think only 8 boards required so far which hasn't helped minimise costs, I am expecting some quotes from a couple of far east suppliers today and hope to place an order for 25 boards shortly - lead time will be 1-2 weeks
Aim is to keep costs as low as possible, <$10

25 boards are on order and will take a couple of weeks to arrive, once they arrive I may start a new thread to show some pictures and give detials of how to order

Due to postage charges I'm thinking 2 boards for $20 shipped free, if only ordering 1 board then it will be $12 shipped - if you want more than 2 or are local to me (UK) then prices can be looked at as postage varies greatly on weight and destination country
