Hi Guys
Sorry for the delay but I have been busy at work.

I have attched pics of my underwater HH which has been tesed to 8 bar (70m) and no leaks. I have used the same design housing for my video camera and lights.

As can be seen my version is not smd. Hope it helps with the divers.

Nice work! I got a few ideas from your project! I have a few questions... What kind of connectors do you use? Do you use headphones underwater? What kind? how do they connect to the box?

I do not use head phone but an ulta bright LED. There are no connectors passing through the housing (no leaks) but you can purchase head phones and waterproof sockets.
