hi to all
i solve the problem and these are cletch
1-pcb error at Q1 WHEN fixed R10 stop berning and i have signal on irf470 gate
2-the two twins (74hc221) were ill so i replace them
now it is working but with low sensetivity which i ges because of the coil
thank you all
and i use my pc sound card as o scope
