Which HH had diode between coil and Fet ?

Does anybody remember seeing the circuit of the HH that had a diode between the coil and fet ?, not sure if was one of the pdf's, the diode was to improve isolation between coil and fet, I have downloaded all the pdf's off this site but i cannot seem to locate the right circuit

Supposedly it reduces the effect of the MOSFET drain capacitance. However, you need to have everything else really fast to see this effect.
