Not sure if this is the correct location to post this but anyway.

I've been looking at making a modified version of the HH, can I replace the 4066 switching circuit with a couple of LF398 sample and hold ic's then connected to the diff amp. Or will the circuit only work with sampling only 4066 ?

I do realize that the timing circuit would need to be modified as the LF398 has a logic input of 0 to 5 volts.

    Sorry for the noob question.

    Hi Mick,

At the post below, you can see a discriminating circuit that uses LF398 S&H amplifiers. This is "Open Source", you are free to use it.
