minipulse v/s Hammerhead detail required

can anyone tell me which detector is better either minipulse plus or hammerhead.

my special requirement to detect gold rings and coins under beach sands about 2 feet or more.

Well the big difference is that with Hammer Head you can adjust just about everything.

Minipulse in stock form has a fixed TX pulse.

Adjustability might be important for different objects at different depths. Of course most
people do not continuously adjust them so tend to stay at a fixed "best" setting but the
Hammer Head will allow you to find that best setting where with MiniPulse you would have
to temporarily install pots then use fixed resistors with your favorite values...

MiniPulse is easy and quick to setup and get running but hammerhead has more versatility.
If set to the same setting they should return similar performance...
