C21 / C22 in RevD schematics

Hi all, I wanted to consider adding the decoupling caps mentioned in RevD - to my RevC board, I searched the RevD build doc schematics & the full schematic & couldn't find them - am I just not seeing them or do they need to be added to the schematics? thx

They are in the schematic, next to U6c and U7c.
