Hello Devis,

Yes you can use the CD14538B. I use them on my Mini Pulse.

if you buy from chinese there are not motorola or texas instruments, because US.
so no difference. chineses can mark like they want, under any label.
also they sell chips without signs, clear. anyway, just you must check ICs they are working or not.

I used a cable for tv / SAT wiring I removed the shield
20 turns,238mH, 2.5 ohm, dumpin resistor 940ohm (470 ohm +470 ohm series)internal diameter coil 245mm
I used duct tape for automotive applications
and applied graphite shielding
without shielding the signal decays in about 8 micro seconds,with shielding I have yet to check
