This thread is to collect templates useful for the Open Detector Project.

Attached is a engineering specification template borrowed from CERN and modified by me.

Credit is due to them for this and thanks for making this template available.

I have done this to kick off the thread and specifications.

Future templates should be discussed and agreed by posting a new thread before being posted here.
