tgsl not working just a weak piii sound

0: Clean Your Board
1: Check you Voltage Ragulator LM78 And Test On The TGSL
2: Check You Diode And Test On The TGSL
3: Check You IC Pin or socket is stick to solder or not And Test On The TGSL
4: Replace one by one IC And Test On The TGSL

That is what im do and it work good i dont have expert tools like oscilloscope
so you can try you other way
tgsl is hard to balance even you can make the board work
better make the surf pi or IDX its good detector

paku is right... i made mine working good few months ago..just be sure that your wiring from board to coil is good and your tx must have a lower resistance below 20 ohm is good..try not to use ic socket too.
