32 khz...no you should have 14,5 kHz in TX circuit.

                http://www.sengpielaudio.com/calculator-period.htm

Your calculation is probably wrong, here you can make calculation period to frequency.

                  Your second picture looks good.
But in any case, you have to check the proper frequency in TX circuit. Could you please pictures in front of your oscilloscope!

If i put the knop in 20us 5v 1.4 div, the frequency is 35khz, in 50us 5v 0.65 div is 3khz, the right calculation is 50us 5v 1.4div is 14.2khz, is the knop in wrong position?

                            Your calculation is right 20us 3.4div = 14.5+khz

So, did i do bad calculation? Or my knob is in wrong direction, i just check it an hour ago with builtin square wave 0.5v 1khz and 50us is the right position to get proper calculation of 14.2khz, how to increase it to 14.5khz ??

                              I think this is right
                              20us 3.5div = 14.2khz
                              Wave

                                This is much better.
Now you can check the frequency, when you put the RX coil in TX cirquit. In your case, you should have approximately 14,7 kHz.
                                approximately
