Hello, I'm finishing my TGSL project,
and on the wiring plan I have, there is a diode 4.3v and I wonder if it's the right diode? if it's not a 4148?

This is a Zener Diode 4,3 Volt.
You could use the one transistor oscillator, as shown in this topic here:

There you not need this diode. Your PCB is also suitable for this sake.
I was doing it in the same way.

I had done some changes in my TGSL, to run the unit more quiter. I was not able to reduce the sensitivity, so the resistor 220k is reduced now to 100k. Some other changes in values, which I had already done before, are also are labeled yellow. Also you can find the VDI Layout and hex file V1.3 by member Roderico. I'm not sure, if the is the last version. Maybe someone is interested.

Thanks Roderico too, who gaves the vdi firmware. The last version 1.4 works also very well.
