wait some days for starting new order, chinese new year cause some Interrupts in production and delivery
i can also improove some things, but you dont let me

did you know already the function of the 3 diodes from cd4024?

you can also add the two tone mod and one side of pcb, you waste 30mm of space

most offers are 5*5cm or 10*10cm your board is category 10*10cm but you use only 10*7cm (3*10cm space fur subboards)

Toros: You say that this smd pads at the backside are optional for the 100p ceramic at the front?
I dont really know which resistors you mean. And i dont know where i should place them then.
Same with the fet and transistor.

I think the missing part in the upper left corner is a Diode.

Chinese new year ended today. I already gave you the file. I changed something and i still need to change something before i can order.
No, i dont know the function of the Diodes, i saw another layout where the diodes came from different pins from the 4024.

Do you think something is wrong with this layout?
I also could add ivconics improvements to the layout. Click image for larger version

What do you mean with one Side of pcb? I dont want parts under my board and i dont want a 10cm x10cm pcb.
Did you mean that with waste of 30mm space? Or did you mean the lower right corner?

Do you think you can add the 2 tone mod to this 100mm x 70mm board?

Okay, you mean the crooked parts toros. I dont know where i should place the 100r. I will fix the other ones.
I checked the pins from the 4024 they are ok, the diodes too.

I want to align the other resistors too. So that they are in a line. But this isnt possible with sprintlayout. Or i dont know how.

I mean those resistors and transistors that are rotated at 45 degrees.
This of course will not prevent the shipment from working. However, it is acceptable to place the elements either horizontally or vertically with respect to the contours of the board. This preserves the aesthetics.

Excellent here. But it remains to fix another transistor BF245 between LM393 and LM358.
As far as I know of factory PCB production, the permissible distance between tracks (or between tracks and holes) is 0.15 mm. This allows you to make the adjustment.

I will make it. I have to check everything with the schematic before i can order pcbs.
The Holes are too small too.

I found a few differences to the Rev 3 TGSL schematic.
Has someone a Schematic from this board? The Russian TGSL.

I cannot find a connection to -5V from Pin 6 and Pin 7 of the U107a over a 330k Resistor.
Only two transistors in the Audio section.

I saw a schematic like this before but i cant remember where.

I made the GND-Tracks thicker and the holes bigger. Outter diameter is 1.80mm , iD is 0.8.
Holes from the ICs and Power connector/speaker are bigger.

Edit: Ok, i saw that a few tracks are still too thin.

                    Excellent work!
Use the "Test" function and check the track routes for the last time by comparing them to the scheme.
Then you will be ready to order a PCB.

Thats the problem. I dont have a Schematic.

I also want to remove a part of the GND copper area for better soldering.

And i need to remove 0,5mm from each side.

                      Edit: I think i found it: http://www.geotech1.com/forums/showt...rsion-of-TGSL)

I found one Problem with the schematic until now.

I cannot see this Diode and this Resistor in my Layout.

I have problems to find a few resistors. Where is R6?

You work on a clone of the TGSL scheme. The author has changed the numbering of the items.
The Zener diode is in place. The resistor did not set it up. You will have to find a place and place it.
