Hmm, Ok. Then i will leave them big in the future and try to make double sided traces.

I used Sprint-Layout and a Russian TGSL SMD Layout File from the Member GSL. I modified it to THT.

I also saw that i forgot to change one 100pf capacitor which is still 5mm.

PCB Manufacturer was PCBway , i ordered 10 and got 11 pieces.
The other boards will arrive tomorrow, they are not from PCBway.

Those 100pF compensation caps are for LM308. If you use TL081 or TL071 you don't need them. You can use LF411 to replace LM308 or OP07, LM318. There are many op amps that you can try.
To replace LM358 in the filter stage use LF353, LF412, TL082, TL072. For the RX preamp LF353 use LM833 with low noise. If you change the 1N4148 diodes with 1N5819 you can have almost -7volts.

        Thanks Nandor,

do you know which ICs the best from these? Is LM833 better than LF353? Should i place a Bridge in the holes from the 100pf cap?
What about NE5534? I wanna have maximum depht! :-D

Which Diodes do you mean? 1N5819 is only at the battery connector. Is -7 Volts better?

I have also a question about the Zener diodes. Is 0,5 Watt enough? Because i dont have much space at the board.
Can i use one type for all? 4,3V 0,5W Zener.

        Thanks in advance!

you do not get increasing of depth if will set another ICs. you have to grasp this fact and set what you have.
increasing of the depth will give a preamp with low noise inserted in the coil inside. that does minelab from oldtime and to novaday.
          ONLY this.

Yes use LM833. Do not bridge the holes from the 100pF! leave it empty, unsolderd. I have tried NE5534 and it gave continous sound, others have said it too it's not good for the TGSL.
1N5819 is a Schottky diode with low forward voltage drop 1N4148 has more so you get less negative voltage.
I think that it should be enough, the oscillator does not use that much power, 4V3 0.5W is fine.

PCBway write a lot of things on their website, but very little about what files you need to send them , did you only send Sprint-Layout files ?

They accept Gerber Files only. You need Gerber files + excellon drill data file.

If you want to order pcbs from the layout above you should replace the big 220n caps with smaller ones and shift the diode where the bridges are to the right.

I cant upload the new .lay file because im using my laptop.

I have also to say that this Layout is not yet tested.

I think the 2mm holes are ok and good to solder.
The quality is very good! More than i had expected.

Does sprint layout produce gerber files ?

                          Yes, it does!
