Check shorts. Inspect your LM358 on working unit with scope and compare each pin with not working.

I think the input is wrong and causes the steady 7 Volt Output.
Im not completey sure about the function of my EDU board. It was the cause for making a new version. I had only 16-20 cm with a weak tone.
I will check it again later. This is so frustrating. I think i bought one lying LC-Meter and built a wrong coil with it , then i bought a DSO because of this. Then my DSO got damaged, i tried to make a new version of the pcb. Now i have two faulty units one broken DSO a wrong made coil and 20 PCBs of a maybe wrong Layout.

Its a pitty, it has relatively precious time, therefore you can precisely measure inductance...

I built it and it didndnt work, then i saw that a few pins are not properly soldered and i fixed this. It worked.
Then after a while i couldnt adjust the line at the right side of the screen. I can move the wave up and down with it i guess.
It works but i can not adjust this line.

Is somebody interested in helping me? I will send him a board from my TGSL 100 x 70mm for free if he will build it.
I got steady sound after i populated the board. I dont know what the problem is. It is possible that it is okay and i soldered something wrong.
I have to say that some holes are very close together (Transistors). I have black ones and green ones. The black ones have a bigger lead spacing for the 220uF caps.
Please only Europe.
Regards

You can use the Sprint Layout file from this thread. It should be the same.
I can not make pics from the black board because it is black.
I have a green one too but the populated one is a black one.
I sent one board to bernte one and one to hyena. I think bernte will wait until i have solved my problem and hyena will help me in about two weeks.
EDIT: In Post #24 is a picture of the green one front and backside. It should be the same.
