in this country you can not buy nonpolar electrolitic caps. yet you can buy kalashnikov for 180usd. LOL!

Non polar caps are not easy to find online but we have lots of them in domestic shops. Gun culture is still there but is being strictly regulated now. I hope in next 15-20 years most of the automatic weapons will be removed from streets. Gas guns here require no permits. Just look how much arms and ammunition your country used in past and how many innocents got killed in big wars.
