Does anyone have the manufactures values for C10, C13, C14, C16 and C18?

I measured out of circuit with a WaneKerr. This is what I got:

C10, 13, 14, 18 = 5pF
C16, 29 = 10nF

Notice that C28 was thought to be 470pF on Carls schematic.
Also, I had wrote 10pF for C16 originally, but I assume it was a typo, and is actually 10nF.
