Only pot I would like as a multi-turn on a VLF is the Ground Balance. On my Pi, I use a multi-turn for the frequency control.

Thanks for the ebay link TiBuck, I didn't see those when I was searching I may consider buying one.

Everyone, what about the potentiometers in the picture I attached. They look like potentiometers within potentiometers, like the outside is for coarse adjustment and inside is for fine ajustment. I've seen them a lot on oscilloscopes.

Could these be used for ground balance? If so is there a specific name to this style of potentiometers?

Once in awhile I get access to broken or old oscillosopes and I might be able to salvage this style of potentiometer from them.

A dual pot will also work. That's what I did with the TDI-Pro, it has a coarse and fine adjust. An advantage is faster adjustment than a 10T.

The best and cheapest solution (except if there is no mount place on MD front plate to put both pots there).
