I have 15 volts a.c. & 7.9 volt d.c. on my TGSL J1 TO GROUND without connecting the coil but as soon as I connect the tx coil, the volt becomes zero.

You can not measure this with a DVM. With the coil connected the oscillator will run at 14.5kHz. Do you see this with your O'scope??

]Detector is working when i connect tx coil after giving 12 volt power supply then it is negative -5 volt & frequency also for 2 second
