TGSL - doubt about no connection

Hello,

I finished today my TGSL and I'm trying to troubleshot it, initially by looking at the connections.
One thing I noticed is that there is a point with no connection specified in the documentation, near one of the BF245C transistors.
I'm sending an image with this case as attachment, surrounded by a green square. Should I wire something to that point?
