Just wondering, searched but couldn't find the answers.
If I were to adding an externall ground balance pot to the faceplate, would the pot replace the BLUE pot on the circuit board? What would the best replacement pot be? Would adding an external ground balance be of any real benifit, I live in Georgia and the red clay soil is terrible.
If I were to add another toggle switch to switch from DISC. to All Metal, next to the existing pushbutton pinpoint switch. Will this detector hunt in all metal mode without any problems. Or was all-metal mode on this detector just designed for pinpointing?
Can I change the audio tone, it's a little annoying. Or is there an easier way to change the audio tone inside of a headset?
