How to verify the -5V converter ???

Hello,

I'm french and i don't speak english very well, so excuse me !!!

I'm finished the bandido II umax but i'm not sure where i must put the multimeter to verify the -5V

when i put the multimeter between this 2 points ( see image below ) i have +0.7V and i d'ont undestrand ??? => is it correct ???

D4 and D5 are round the wrong way. If you dont have a neative voltage on the board it will scream. Also recheck the schematic.
