There are a number of equivalents for the TLC2262 but they are all obsolete.
The same is true for the MC33178.

Having examined the Bandido II umax schematic, for the TLC2262 I would think that an LF358 would be ok. As far as the MC33178 is concerned, this is a bipolar device, so possibly an AD706 or a dual version of the LM741 is good enough.
