Thanks to Ivconic, here are the complete details required to construct a version of the Tesoro Golden Sabre. 
The attached package contains the following:
1. Schematic (PDF)
2. PCB layout (PDF)
3. Component placement (PDF)
4. Parts list (BOM)
5. Physical coil details
6. How to balance the coil
7. What results to expect
Note: dfbowers contributed the parts list and Cyclonite added the component datasheets.
I have also added Don's "TGSL 101" (parts 1&2).
