I agree and I've already seen this, but these offers are not in Europe ...
And It's maybe cheaper to buy all the parts for the TGSL in the same place.

in last months i ordered several times parts direct from china or taiwan (over ebay)
the parts cost only a part of that what you have to pay here, most items include shipping
they arrived mostly within a week or max 10 days
last items: package of resitors 2600pieces 13 euro, 60 mks2 caps 6 Euro
some rare ic i have ordered there too why do not order there where they are manufactured
so i have not to pay 2 or more men in the middle

you can try www.conrad.fr , they have a lot of stuff .
I 've order my components by the Dutch Conrad , perhaps not the cheapest but they have a lot of components.

Or like Homefire mentioned Silverdog is the best solution , if you don't know Silverdog :

This person in above link is polida2008 on ebay. I have spent a lot with him in the last year, no problems other than slow delivery sometimes which is to be expected between China and the US. Decent feedback score. If many complaints were filed ebay would remove them fairly quickly. No idea who is being talked about in the other posts, someone using a copycat name? I mostly buy from http://stores.ebay.com/Tayda2009?_trksid=p4340.l2563 , Tayda2009. Hundreds of dollars later nothing but great service and very fast shipping.

I never had a problem with ebay seller polida2008. But, now order many parts from Tayda, fast service and can find most IC's there.

Rather than buying from Tayda off ebay, you can buy direct off their website, you will find the prices come down a bit more.
