  • Final? PCB's

    Hello again, Hugo.

I corrected the errors that had the PCB of TSGL. (I think) and I still have one more question:

The link I added between CI's 393 and 358, is correct? Should be added to this version?

From already thank you very much, and as I start building the detector will put pictures of my progress.

    Greetings from the south,

    Fabian

    • @Fabian:
Yes you need it. This is the reference voltage.

      • HELLO, I would add the multi-tone for my tgsl but it is not but the EDU version V3. You could get an artwork with such changes or schema. thank you

        • Connections

Hello Hugo. Here I am again with my questions ... As you noticed, I do not know much about electronics, I just build the projects and "accommodate" those who made other people, but I can not redesign, I only do cosmetic fixes. Also, my English is pretty bad! That is why I can not understand the wiring diagram and that is why I ask your help (again!).

As you can see, I designed a new small PCB with the same connection points as yours (another position), to plug directly into the biggest plus some wires, but I do not understand how to connect the switch:

Could you please explain or point me in which post I can see the correct picture of the connection?

If I can clarify everything, I assemble the PCB's this weekend.

          Thanks in advance,

          Fabian

          • @Fabian :
            - Point I should be renamed F (The mistake came from my original drawing)
. I should be tired last time I wrote that thing ... Original drawing was correct.
Point F and Point I are separated. Point F is on the add-on board and point I is located on the main board.
Please see below how to connect the switch.
I also noticed that the pinout of the BC337 is wrong. The base pin is normally located in the middle position.
            Regards,
            Hugo

            • Hello Hugo.Yes!You're right! Designing and redesigning the PCB, I lost the position of the BC337. It is fixed, what do you think? I put all the connection points on the board added, to better manage the cables coming into the switch.

Thanks again and if you give me your ok, I will begin to prepare the two PCB's.

              regards,

              Fabian

                It looks fine.
I think you can go with this PCB.
                Good luck,
                Hugo

                • Hello, I used the pcb multi-tones to Hugo. In fact faut'il remove components on the main board or faut'il then leave them? I used a BF245C instead of 2N3819. and in fact all metal mode whether in single or multi-tone does not change anything. and now I always have a musical background. Could you help me solve this little problem. thank you

When you have a question to ask, please only post it in one thread, and not post duplicates throughout the other forums. Otherwise this can result in a disjointed discussion, as different people respond to the same question in different places.

Yes, several components need to be removed.
Pinout is different between 2N3819 and BF245C.

                        • hello , it still does not. even by unsoldering the two transistors on the little card I always have this constant tone on one side of the double switch and its abcence in the opposite direction of the double switch. then the shunt between the two op-amp and then I switched. I said that I'm the + -5 volts and 8 volts on the small map. thank you for your help.

You better look at my schematic and understand it (before).
And then please, check point by point (after).

                            Regards,

                            • for my problem I explain in the order that I did.
I have dessoude components as indicated on the pcb. then I have cable small electronic card, then I put the shunt between the 2 amp as city on the post. and I fed. and therefore the result a constant tone in a sense in all metals and silence in the other direction of the double switch.

                              • I do not understand too much about the schema there is a perception that the diodes D3, D4, and D5 are disconnected. should be ' he do so?
