problem sensitivity tgsl

a friend has problems with his tgsl. it is too sensitive and saturates at the limit of detection. when he approaches his hand above the wire potentiometer ground effect it beeps as if he put his head above the coil.when he taps the son of two Potar ground effects same thing

I may be necessary to connect battery negative/ground to the body of the ground adjust potentiometer. Especially if you have a plastic case.

You can be the shield of the RX coil not connected properly.
