Are you really serious? A public posting becomes prior art, and if no inventive step is added to the plublic disclosure then it's worthless to the trolls. This is an example of such a precedence.

Artistic Licence is not seeking any intellectual property protection for this
development, but will be supplying a range of products and OEM modules that
    use the technique.
The purpose of this short application note is to ensure that, by publication, this
technique cannot be patented by others.

Parts I have seen at Reichelt are limited to 1200V (SGP07N120).What is the difference converter / inverter ???
      I don't use IGBT's. The SGP07N120 is just a joke (7A at 1200V)!

I need very very low on-resistance mosfets (<20 mOhm). A lot of blasting energy should be recovered back (power efficiency).

It seems, I can cascode a lot of IRFP4668 to achieve higher breakdown voltage (as much current as the mosfet driver delivers of course). The IRFP4668 has Rdson of 9.7 mOhm @200V.

Yes, I am very serious about this matter.

        -------------------------

BTW, I have found another solution on internet for discussion (see below).
        File: Leistungsschalter.pdf (page 42 of 69).
Don't know the source anymore (stored on my hard disk).
        Title: Leistungstransistoren, Ansteuerung und Schutz
        Fach: Elektronik 1, SS07

Just google it. Maybe someone can find it.

            Hi WM6,

I need hot rocks (iron stones) from Oz. As many as possible.

I am working on the next version of my detector. But I'm not going to make it public.

Probably you can get more hot rock from Anatolia (Turkey) ev. for free. Magnetite was born there, not in Oz.

Rejecting magnetite isn't a problem at all (one of the easiest tasks).
I need some magnetic viscous and super para magnetic samples.
Maybe some hard ferrites could simulate the samples I need.

Agree, this can be better than hot rock.

                  • Now refreshing my PCB cad experience with Eagle 5 (the famous krauts software).
I want to make the next release of my prototype with a printed circuit board.

It seems, a lot of things has been changed since the DOS version of Eagle.

                    • Hi all,

I'm pretty surprised about, that I did not forget too much how to use Eagle. It took only playing several hours to remember the whole functionality of the cad software.

Now now manufacturing professional PCB's shouldn't be a problem at all.

                      • Hi all,

                        it seems, that I need a double sided PCB. Fortunately, the cost for a prototype PCB isn't that much (50 - 100 EUR for EURO-PCB (160 x 100 mm) ) .

                              Thanks Bernte_one,

I know, that the chinese make the cheapest PCB's. Quality won't be an issue as the PCB isn't much critical (only two layers, through hole version).

Didn't decide where to manufacture the final PCB. The schematics exists in eagle now and the parts occupy the whole EURO format PCB.

Well, I should manually route the PCB for best performance. But I would like to manufacture the PCB in Deutschland (top quality made in germany).

                              Cheers,
                              Aziz
