Well i figured one thing out for sure i got that new replacement 8ohm waterproof speaker plugged it in checked if it was getting hot nope not at first after about a minute checked it again and hot unplugged it plugged back in the junk speaker louder and no heat went to pick up the coil and it had gotten so hot it remelted the hot glue and stuck it to the carpet so i wouldn't suggest ever using the the 8ohm waterproof off ebay most of my waveforms look correct except 1and2 is r2 the damping resistor and its suppose to be removed off the board to test for the right value ? Also are the resistors that go with the caps of the coil damping resistors is one suppose to be removed or all and then test whats suppose to be there

R2 is not the damping resistor, it is a 3R3 resistor in series with the Mosfet to limit current. The damping resistor is placed in parallel with PL1. There should be no damping resistor in circuit while the damping resistor jig is also in circuit.

The last part of your question is not understandable to me.

Is r2 resistor on the pcb a damping resistor ? and the resistors for the coil are they suppose to be removed before you use the resistor jig ?

Thanks then i have something wrong everything looks like it suppose to up until it comes out the output to the tx coil ill take some pics but ill have to upload them to my computer this forum doesn't like my iphone

I have bose qc headphones i wanted both options i have ear problems and cant wear headphones to long most all ear buds i have another 8ohm speaker from a old tv im using it works perfect so its not the ohms just a junk made china speaker and i only wanted to use it because its only a inch and water proof but now i see why so when it catches fire and you put it out it can still work lol and thanks for the help Surf and George

This is tp2 and tp5. I can move test point 5. like surf did in his video right and left and right in between for the noise. But the wave doesn't look right.

TP5 does not look like you have a coil connected.

The tx coil was connected and the damping resistor jig. I wonder if that pos speaker fried a resistor. I think I'm going to order a assortment of resistors. Whats the right wattage size 1/4 watt ?

But it should be, for example i want book, but i dont want to pay 38USD for shipping, and i don't want to await too long for book.
With kindle i can have it instantly.
I understand that there are downsides of publishing ebook but there more advantages.

You where correct i disconnected the tx loop and thought it was the rx this it with the tx connected
