    I believe so.
I will order and buy Pickit 3 these days.
Although i solved the problem with JDM now.
Yet i would like to have Pickit 3 too.

      • I am placing remarks not to offend nor spoil the good mood here; but to provoke more improvements.

Either to make it non motion, either to smooth up the audio response.
It would be possible to make the PI mode non-motion (with SAT) using additional hardware, but hybrid mode must use double-differentiated motion. If you try to use non-motion the DISC channel will be horribly affected by ground response, and the detector will be unusable. You've only got to test a Viking 5 to see how bad it would be.

I understand, you wrote that in the book.
Ok, let's just implement non motion in only PI mode.

            • Hello new here thanks for letting me join also Thanks for the design to monkey with first id like to say ive done some board stuffing soldering and im a Auto Tech so i know some general knowledge of circuits relays what some of the parts do my questions is ive looked over the parts for this board and would i be correct in saying this board is limited to 5.5 volts because of the micro processor when the rest of the ic chips can be pushed to 22 volts or is there some kind of relay or way to use max voltage to these chips without using a transformer type way or using a different chip and coding

Are you referring to the Voodoo Project, as that's the thread where you've made your first post?
Please be aware that Voodoo is an advanced project and not suitable for beginners.

                • Yes i like that its a hybrid but i want to mess around with it multi colored lcd screen the audio channel for as clear crisp and louder sound and i know raising voltage and current to a magnetic field makes it stronger and of course tuning the coils for that detector and at what khz for what metal like 5khz for silver and because this is advanced is why im interested i could care less if i fry it ill fix burnt traces or even start building waffer boards with heavy duty traces what i dont know is if there is a way to get more voltage and amperage to other chips on the board that have higher voltages then the 40 pin micro

                  • like making it run off a 24v battery and being able to use 22 volts to the coils lmfao

                    • I would advise making the design as it currently exists first, and then perform any modifications after you get it working.

                      • Is anyone willing to provide a complete circuit diagram? I want to design a patch pcb, thank you

                        • Oh i am i decided that as soon as i saw that it did what it claims ill have a few boards some extra parts no way did i plan on just slapping lower resisters in it and let it fly i know what happens when you put to much voltage in a ic chip ive programmed thousands and been popped in the face with ic parts when aholes messed around with the power supply but from what i noticed is the 40 pin has to be in and it has the lowest voltage of all the chips at a max of 5.5 volts when all the other chips are 15 volts and they can be pushed to 22 volts so is the board limited to 5.5 volts that the 40 pin uses

The circuit diagrams are in Chapter 3.
What do you intend to do with the patch PCB?

                            • i want to be able to increase voltage to the coils or any other chip to its max or whatever voltage i noticed that 40 pin operates at 4.5v min and 5.5 max other 40 pins are 1.5 volts to 5.5 so if that 40 pin is the limiting factor at 5.5 volts you cant do it
