    • You can remove the 1k resistor.. just a leftover from a previous drawing. It works without an offset because it get filtered out later on but good idea to add one. The other two, I Donno but will check my original board.
also, playing around, its best to keep the sample width a little smaller. I changed R47 from 22k to 15k.

Could R47 be a Pot instead?

Great work, for U1, I would use a normal 555 with a 100uF across it.

            • Yes.. that would be a great idea. If nothing else this has been a fun experiment, I will probably try to move everything off my breadboard onto a copper version next and try real world. Also looking forward to assembling the VooDoo!

Hi Don, did you catch this question ?

Work fine without one. It?s getting averaged out but ideally should have one.

Ivconic, I think is better left space for a capacitor on PCB (if you agree)

                          What does C31 do?

I put 100nF, it can be higher value.

U2b,R24,C31 = Sample And Hold, SAH.
Although i am not sure about the value.
                              100nF shall do.
                              So C31 is "Hold capacitor".

Could you also include a series idiot diode in power line , needs slightly bigger holes thanks
