4" coil for Cibola

Evening all i got a silly question i recently bought a 4" coil for Gold mountain brand new ............they were supposed to run in 15khz,now if i change the connector which is 4 pin for a 4 pin tesoro will the coil work on my cibola????????????????????modded with GB???if yes how can i recognise which wire goes where.I m searching on highly nails infested area ,4" on rapier and other tesoros are doing well but i was wondering if by adapting the coil for my cibola i could have a better selectivity and also a better sensitivity to small targets,next mods in the pipeline are bringing the cibola to 18khz and a hight tone mod..

Thanks Hector the frequency mod takes 3 minutes the high tone 2................my mate managed to adapted the 4 D coil from troy on his cibola with gb mod thats the reason i though it will be an easy mod...

Thought I had included pin ID's in my other thread, Pin 1,3 TX- 2,4 RX.
It would be interesting to know how close the inductance is with the 4D coil. Does it still discriminate well? How is the depth? I thought that you were planning on altering the operating frequency as well... that's some serious stuff.

The frequency is only a element to remove and replace by another one i bough 5 for £2..........and i will have 18khz....................the 4 dd work ok please take note that he hasnt use any measuring equipment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!very amateurish i agree but it work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!depth wise i ll ask him and let you know the high tone chip is easy to do did i mention that another guy i know did a swith on his cibola and after modes is able to run it on 12/14/18 khz...............???????????
