  • Problem with coplanar coil

    Hi.
I have a coplanar (concentric) coil where the Rx phase is not the same with Tx.
I want to connect this coil with a handmade VLF detector but the Rx signal must has the same phase with the Tx.
When i put on the coil a small bronze coin i can shift the Rx phase so to be in phase with Tx.
Is there any problem if i will stuck the coin on the coil with a good glue????

    Regards

In some cases, we do a similar phase null using a small (~2cm diameter) shorted loop of wire. It's lighter than a bronze coin.
