With Garrett AT pro coil - id there a Tx cap in // with the Tx coil ?
Similarly with the GMP 9 or 11" DD is there Tx cap in // with Tx coil?
Are both above using cap in control box on Rx?
Reason for question is may try and bolt one of these on a homemade project det.
Im curious if some of these newer dets have just pulsed coils from a clock and a fet or bipolar rather than free running colpitts style like Im used to on here.
Expensive experiment!!
