Need small coil for etrac

Would someone here be able to build a small (4.4" maximum width, 6.5" maximum length) DD coil for an etrac?

The NEL sharp shooter is Very small... Vry not give that a chance. ? 5,5"x9" ( If you measure this coil, it is properly a little smaller)
