every wire insulated and on their ends soldered together and connected to cable ends.

you can do litz yourself. take 3 or 4 pieces of .3-0.2 mm insulated wire and spin them together.
whats the advantage of your basket coil ????

Don't waste much time on this, home made Litz-wire etc. Many times discussed here. Larger diameter individual strands will not produce noticeable effect, true Litz is made from 0.032 or less diameter of individual wires, impossible to made manually in 20m length. Basket coils are fine and fast, just shield will completely “kill” them, this type of coil, with low capacitance and dumping R nearly 1Kohm, unshielded is very sensitive to ground (capacitive, not GB) effect, shield will slow it down significantly, no matter how it is applied. No need for teflon insulation, PVC will do the job, difference in E0 is not that important, more mechanical spacing between wires to reduce self-capacitance. Try flat spiral speaker wire design, cheap and fast, easy to made.

Coil “speed” is not about number of strands, more about insulation (distance between wires to reduce C, basket shape helps wit this, most insulation is air but shield will screw it up) and amount of metal (coil own eddy decay), 0.2mm is too thin to achieve low enough resistance, below 2R. Stranded wire, if not true Litz (each strand insulated) also wont help much. Some experimenting will, adjusting minimal sampling delay and appropriate Rdump value for given coil is necessary, all gain come from this
