dooley ive just discovered what the three wires do in my cscope, green/screen(0v), red (rx i/p),and black (-6v).
tx is in search head, i have been assured that this arrangement is common to isocon coils and that my version is only simplified.
the larger coil will fit but i need the schematic(bollocks, as those who have them wont share), the coil pads on the board have extra pads, and in the late seventies early eighties you could buy my model with the bigger coil fitted by cscope (all coils were hard wired on my model).
so if tx is in your search head is that why you have problems?, you need to clarify this shoot sean goddard a pm i bet he knows.
