Hi there peeps just a quick note I need help on fixing my 10" minelab sovereign coil it is the coil lead that has broken about six inches from the coil itself l need advice on were I can get a replacement lead, which is the best type and not at minelab prices I am willing to carry out the work myself thank you for looking.

Use the existing one, splice using "Solder Springs" then insulate each conductor with glue lined heatshrink. Insulate over all with TWO layers of glue lined heatshrink. Why buy new when you can repair, well that is what I can and would do.
