Are manufactured detector coils individually calibrated?

There is normally a fair amount of ways to make a coil tune up with another unit, it is a case of how much time you have and how many mods you are prepared to include to get to your goal.

Plus, If you do not know what level of perfomance you require - how do you know if you got there!
