no real idea picture not great

as it's colour codes 2 red 2 green and 1 yellow I am guessing 2 TX, 2 RX and one common earth a better picture or make of coil might help

Could be that your(?) re-drawing is not correct and cable wire to point 4 is for shielding. Try to post clear photo without drawing above.
