whites beach hunter

hi all got a mate wanting a better coil for a beach hunter, i have heard about an excelerator coil that fits(3, 15 khz), will this coil be minelab spec?, or whites like the dfx (3, 15 khz).

Any DFX-compatible coil will work on the Beach Hunter. Minelab coils will not without some mods and recalibration.

thanks carl, thats really interesting i got a small dfx coil running on my 3900 pro plus(uk only model), so i could test it before he buys.
