Microporous Tape is cheap and takes the spray well. If its for a fast pulse machine you would be better spacing the tape away from the windings with some spiral wrap first

Wrap a tap wire around the outside then wrap tightly with insulating tape

yes

then spiral a thin wire around a short length of the coil and tightly wrap with insulating tape.

This pushes the wire in contact with the coil then you have something to solder to

if i use just bare wire (for example 5cm of bare wire ) , next i use graphite spray on all the coil , then put the bare wire on it then winding vinyl electrical tape on bare wire and graphite spray.
just 1cm of bare wire for solder the shied of rg58 cable together. i say tell you complete an it is true or no ?
or just i use like same method as in 101 part 1.
and frequency 500hz and 120 hz so need 1cm shield gap on coil.
