Yes some times it takes going around the front desk to get a good Response from them. Todd is a hard man to catch and talk with. Others on the Whites Forum are the best route. That's what it took to get the Battery Compartment Latch for my Prizm II. Received the Part , Gloves and goodies Free of charge.

Now back to the Connector. I'm all but sure SwitchCraft make them. Is it possible someone else is ?
