PI coil by using copper tape

Hi,

I went up with coil option:
1. Pcb track as coil, the whole pcb board as base sol it would be light weight search coil.

2. Using 1/8 cut tape copper it self as a coil, like 3 inch search coil, like https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00EY...=51%2BzFJ2yK7L

Anyone try this?

If your planing on using it as it's rolled up I would think the Capacitance would be more then quite high.
