Thanks
I must say something and I'm sure a lot will disagree, but since purchasing my White's TDI SL I've found more high dollar gold items than any machine before. Please keep in mind this is in my extreme bad ground hunting sites where I've only hunted with VLF machines for almost two decades.

I have a ol no longer made Detector Technology DD 49cm / 19 and a bit inches it is. Says it's suitable for the XT17000 Minelab. 6.4 and 34Khz. I think if I put a model airplane engine on it I could fly it. Sure enough sporting the same connector as my GMT. Any uses for it ?

It takes a bit of experimenting with after market coils to find one that works properly, measuring their characteristics shows they do vary a bit .
Just got a couple of new ones but have not tested them yet.

Coil
This is the coil I was thinking about and concerned about getting burnt again. But by what I understand it is a true mono coil and I'm not sure I could build one better for the price of $100. But here again, one of the most popular forums are stating 1st Texas is working on a PI and I'm sure it would have some sort of discrimination over the TDI.Attached Files
