Looking for any input on performance on these Concentric coils over the DD 6 x 10 stock coil. I know they would be deeper with a smaller field foot print but other then that.

I prefer concentric for its better pinpointing but the difference is very small.
Built it same size coils for my IDX and the difference in depth between the DD an concentric was marginal.
Don't believe the sharp cone of detection its not true I have tested it.
Suspect if you are using it for gold prospecting then the DD might have the edge but as that's not something I have tried I will leave to others to comment -
Yes Gold is the Goal. Have heard there quite a bit hotter on small gold then the DD.Comment

Can't help you on anything smaller than ring or coin. Never done any prospecting. Maybe post on the Whites forum or a prospecting forum.
My home made Bandido and 5 1/2" concentric would pick up BB shot in the field which most other coils don't.Comment

The Standard coil can pick up gold half that size with no issues. The GMT runs at 48Khz.Comment
