Hello, I would like to know about the coil, if you put the tape first, around the coil and then the aluminum foil? or the opposite ?

No need for new thread!
Coil turns always need insulation, tape, etc, before shielding.
Also, shielding WILL add capacitance which will change the coil's resonance frequency (Important if used on a VLF detector) and will slow down the coil decay on a PI detector.
